We start with a one-time onboarding fee that covers the initial setup of your property listing, including professional photography, lockboxes, and a thorough first clean.
After the setup, our pricing operates on a commission-based model. We only earn when you do, ensuring that our interests are fully aligned with maximising your property's performance and yield. Additionally, a separate cleaning fee applies, but this cost is covered by the guest.
Yes, a standard agreement will be required between you and RightKeyBnB. Our property consultants will review the agreement with you in detail and address any questions you may have before you sign.
Your earnings are paid out monthly as a net amount after fees. You can track your payments through your Homeowner Portal, which offers a comprehensive view of your property's performance, including nightly rates, occupancy rates, monthly payouts, and other key metrics.
